Hey everyone, how you all doing? I’ve not forgotten about you. I’ve had quite a few messages from you guys checking up on me with concerns as to why I’m so quiet so I thought I’d give a little update on here. I’ve been struggling to leave the house lately as most external sounds either physically hurt, or my tinnitus reacts to them. I tried singing again a couple weeks ago and my right ear sounds and feels like a blown out speaker as it distorts / crackles whenever I sing, its really intense and quite surreal. As much as I’d be willing to do just about anything to be able to sing and perform again I know that the frustration and impatience only makes things worse, so I’m left with no other choice other than to accept the fact that I’ll need to take a year or so away from music and loud noise. I’ve heard a countless amount of times now that it’s incurable but am I fuck going to accept that. I’m going to do everything I can to get better. I look forward to letting everyone know exactly how I beat the unbeatable in a couple years time.

🚨 TOUR UPDATE 🚨
Hey everyone, 3 months ago I developed a rare type of tinnitus called reactive tinnitus. It competes with external sounds and makes the volume and pitch increase, which means it's impossible to mask. I also developed hyperacusis, which causes everyday sounds to be sometimes extremely painful. It’s honestly been the biggest challenge of my life. I’m currently under treatment and have been advised by the Hospital that I should stay away from loud noise exposure, and limit my stress for at least the remainder of this year. Unfortunately this affects the tour. The response so far has been incredible, so on the advice of our Promoter, we are rescheduling the dates to next year, to allow the best possible time for my recovery.
