记得去年开学前我这个新手小白老师在网上到处搜关于教汉语的视频，希望能够在踏进教室前对实际的教学有一点了解，转眼这一学年在泰国公立学校教汉语的日子就过完了。对于我这个半路出家的老师来说这一路真是摸爬滚打，不过一切都值得！
这一年积累了一点点经验，但是可能大部分适用这样的教学环境：学生很多，教学资源缺乏，学生外语水平较低等。慢慢整理成小视频，一是纪念自己走过的教学之路，二是希望能帮助到其它新手老师！
As a new teacher, I encountered many challenges in the last academic year while I was teaching in a government school in Thailand. It was a great time tho, I tried many approaches and learned a lot, and I was also proud to see my students' progress. Diversity in teaching styles to optimize students' learning is what I always strive to do. These videos are from my personal experience, hope they can be helpful for those who are going to be Chinese teachers soon.
