I failed @ med school & worked in related fields, but my knowledge only comes from reading advice and practice.
I am 54.
At the end of 2022, I was 160 kilograms. That's 352 pounds. Massive right? Eff-yeah! My heart struggled, B.P. super high, my Cholesterol rocked, & I had developed Type 2 Diabetes.
Worse still, I smoke.
I adopted & adapted a plan that saves me from myself and undoes all the damage I did to myself. I am renewed, healthier, active, happy and able to choose new activities. Please find something foe yourself in what I share. I'm hopeful the benefits you get lead to a rewarding result.
