Hello just finished up two quarts and around a half pint of maple syrup. The sap boiled all day yesterday and this morning I started right back off with more sap to boil. It has been a good year so far for the maple syrup. This week we have been getting ready a another craft show this weekend for three days. My dil came over yesterday as she is doing one for us in Pembine WI at the high school. There is some sketchy weather forecasted but nothing slows down here. Last night I made some more of the hamburger buns for venison burgers that Colby cooked on the smoker. I do have a video up on simple easy hamburger buns that can also be hot dog buns as well. Tomorrow while setting up I will have a few more videos loading up. I hope all is going well with you and that you have wonderful day full of sunshine and positivity. 🥰☀️❤️

The new lights in the greenhouse. I will be moving in asap with all my plants in the house. Temps were 8 degrees last night and with the Modine hotdog heater it stayed between 50-60 degrees depending on where the thermometers were in the greenhouse. Hello and Good Morning it’s windy here today and really wet from all the rain. Just wanted to share the maple syrup from yesterdays sap collection. I seriously need more buckets but that will come in time. Have a wonderful day. 🍁☀️💛

I am sitting by the pond today cooking off the sap to make maple syrup. I have a book and a hot fire to warm by. I collected 7 gallons. It will take all day and maybe finish off in the house on the stovetop. Yesterday I posted a short on how I do this. Let me know what you are up to. Have a Happy Valentine’s Day. ❤️🥰😘

Hello y’all, just wanted to say a little something. My beautiful daughter arrived today as a surprise to all of us. She has been gone for nine months on a deployment. I am so happy for Crystal and Skylar. ♥️♥️ Bruce and I have a market tomorrow and I am making earrings for the racks. Tomorrow we have a very limited space as now the outdoor market moves inside. Bruce and I have condensed items down to fit the space. I am excited to see how this goes. Hopefully it will work out just fine. Sending love to all for a wonderful weekend. I will show you tomorrow how the space looks. Thank you.

I just finished all the celery and the butternut squash it was 50lbs of celery and 20lbs of butternut squash plus I had done a bit of the horseradish too. 😊 now to move on to my next freeze drying project.

Mom to nine 6 boys 3 girls been canning pretty much my whole life we farm a 30 acres of land where we have goats, bees, egg layers, and meat birds. We have nine grandchildren now 6 girls and 3 boys. I have been selling my value-added products and craft items at the farmers markets and crafts shows since 1989 and started our soaps in 2003. I enjoy seeing and talking to people and love what I do. I have been on design teams like Rusty Pickle and have taught at art events like Donna Downeys and been published in many publications like Somerset Studio and Cloth Paper Scissors. My channel is a just a combination of everything I do. I'm also a nurse so I enjoy helping others. I like to create my tinctures and using herbs that I have grown to help my family and others. I enjoy life to the fullest we like to hike, and explore nature.I teach classes on canning, jam making, cheese making, soap making, and metal smithing and enjoy making any art. I homeschool one of my children now.
