Hey, I’m Ezekiel, 6’4” and 210 lbs, and I’ve been training for 8 years. My goal with this series is to show what’s achievable naturally in fitness, build mental discipline, and grow my social media. Many influencers push unrealistic standards due to PED use, but I want to stay transparent. At my peak, I hit PRs of 435 lbs squat, 500 lbs deadlift, and 275 lbs bench. Now, I’m lean bulking, mixing cardio to stay athletic, and it’s working great. My workout split is 4 days of lifting (push, legs, pull, shoulders), plus 3 days of boxing and cardio. Despite training every day, I still get results similar to when I took 3 rest days. My natural testosterone level is 650 which is a little above average. If you train for a couple years, you will see similar results to me.
