This should be interesting!
A conversation between Paul Levy and Robert Falconer
Levy's work focuses on "the nightmare mind virus" Wetiko; and Falconer on applying IFS to psychedelic therapy and what he called "unattached burdens" (aka, spirit possession).

I need some advice. To those of you who are subscribed to my channel (perhaps those of you not and still seeing this somehow), what thumbnail style would you be most called to?
I ask because I have been attempting to shift the thumb style over the past few months and can't seem to get a handle on what kind of thumb attracts people.
Options are "no text art image", "with text art image", "with text guest image".
Below are just variations of the most recent episode, so consider them more general than anything else
any feedback or suggestions you can offer would be deeply appreciated.
thanks!

So I was the first ever English-speaking guest for the Aleacion Fun podcast out of Mexico!
We met each other by accident while I was visiting San Cristobal De Las Casas a couple of months ago, and one thing led to another, and then there I was on his show.
It was great. I love being on the other side of the podcasting table.
Enjoy.

The Delightfully Dysfunctional podcast had me on as their guest!
We talk a bunch about the beginnings of my involvement with psychedelics and where I see the movement these days.
It's always nice to be on the other side of the podcasting table from time to time.
Give it a go!
(also, it seems like they dropped my voice by like a whole semitone, so there is something fun about hearing my voice in baritone ๐

Hey y'all.
Our newest episode is releasing this Friday, and it features comedian โช@nicksun7799โฌ
Summary below. Keep watch to your notifications!
.....
In this episode of "Adventures Through the Mind," we interview comedian and author Nick Sun about his journey through psychedelics and their impact on personal growth and mental health.
We discuss Nick's personal experiences with psychedelics, including his high usage and how it led him to both become a facilitator and to stop facilitating; his criticisms of Western psychedelic culture; the concepts of spiritual bypassing and adulting; and the challenges of integrating psychedelic experiences. We also touch on the potential of psychedelics for cultural change, the importance of responsible use and integration, and where comedy and humour fit into our navigation of the modern world and its many crises.

I have been mostly the person making art for the podcast since the beginning of it. I say mostly because sometimes I have hired somebody to do it, other times Iโve gotten permission from artists to explicitly use their images.
As you can imagine, using generative AI art platforms has been very helpful in that. Most of the time when I do, itโs multiple different images, all layer together and creatively constructed by my hand in Photoshop. When I finally have that final product, I tend to be very proud of myself for all the effort I put into create it, especially since I have limited to no visual arts skills.
This one was not like that. It took me many iterations, but when I finally generated it, I was pretty happy with it as it was. I still like it though.
What do yโall think?
I made it for episode 189 of the podcast, which just came out today and is about the guests experience of healing the complex PTSD they developed in childhood through their diving coral reefs as well as drinking ayahuasca.
