āš”ļø Let’s talk about Trump for a second—not as a politician, but as the perfect narcissist archetype.

Think about it:

• He came in with the love bombing. ā€œI’ll fix everything. I alone can save you.ā€

• He made decisions under the guise of ā€œgood for usā€ā€”but we’re the ones carrying the consequences.

• He punishes dissent. Speak out against him, and suddenly you’re fake, disloyal, or the enemy.

• He gaslights on a global scale. Proof of lies, corruption, abuse? He denies, deflects, and projects blame until people start doubting their own reality.

• His reputation is shiny on the outside, but behind it are bankruptcies, lawsuits, chaos, and harm.

• His ā€œbillionsā€ aren’t proof of wisdom—they’re proof of manipulation. He doesn’t build stability; he exploits systems and people, then calls it success.

Sound familiar? It should. This is the same playbook toxic partners use—love bombing, control, gaslighting, punishment, financial sabotage, image management.

That’s why survivors like me see Trump and feel that deep sting of recognition. He reminds me of my ex-husband: charming in public, destructive in private, leaving others to clean up the wreckage while walking away with his ego intact.

🚩 Here’s the truth: Trump isn’t an anomaly. He’s an example of what happens when narcissistic abuse is given power on a national scale.

šŸ’œ And here’s the lesson for all of us: Trust your intuition the first time. Don’t excuse red flags. Don’t accept breadcrumbs. And don’t let someone convince you that abuse is leadership.

Because whether it’s in your home or in your country—narcissistic abuse steals futures, and healing from it means breaking free of the illusion.

✨ I need to say this out loud: the system was never built for women like us to thrive. It was built to keep us small.

Patriarchy tells us: ā€œThe man is the head of the household.ā€ Religion packages that message as holy. We’re told to obey, to submit, to stay quiet—even when our souls are screaming. And if we dare to step outside of that role? The shame is instant: ā€œYou’re selfish, you’re rebellious, you’re a bad mother, you’re a witch.ā€

But let’s call it what it really is: a setup.
• A setup where men are celebrated for leading, but women are shamed for trying.
• A setup where financial systems were literally designed to keep women dependent. (Did you know women couldn’t open a bank account without a man until the 1970s?)
• A setup where religion gave men the ā€œdivine rightā€ to control women’s bodies, money, and voices.

And abuse thrives in that setup. Because if a man sabotages your finances, gaslights you, or bread crumbs you—the system shrugs. ā€œThat’s just how it is.ā€ Meanwhile, women like me are left picking up the pieces of years stolen, money drained, and children raised with no support.

This is why I preach: trust your intuition the first time. Red flags aren’t decorations. Breadcrumbs aren’t love. Your body knows when something is off—you’ve just been trained to doubt yourself because a patriarchal system profits when you don’t listen to your own voice.

I’ve lived it. I was told my worth came from serving a man, from silence, from obedience. I lost years, money, and pieces of myself to men who benefited from that belief. And now? I’m unlearning it all. I’m healing. I’m breaking cycles.

That’s why I’m stepping back for a little while—not in defeat, but in resistance. Because my healing, my rest, my reclaiming of power is revolutionary in a world that would rather see me burned out, broke, and silenced.

✨ To every woman reading this: you are not crazy, you are not weak, and you are not ā€œtoo much.ā€ You’re waking up. And when women wake up, the whole system shakes. šŸ’œšŸŒ™

šŸ”„ I need to speak my truth. Abuse doesn’t just break your heart—it sabotages your entire life. It drains your finances, wrecks your stability, makes you question your worth, and keeps you stuck in survival mode. Breadcrumbing, financial sabotage, manipulation… all of it leaves scars that take years to heal.

This is why I always say: trust your intuition the first time. If something feels off, it usually is. Those red flags? They’re not decorations. They’re warnings.

I’ve carried too much of other people’s dysfunction on my back for too long. And the truth is, it’s taken a toll. That’s why I’m stepping back for a little while—not because I’m giving up, but because I refuse to let abuse and sabotage dictate the rest of my story.

I need space to breathe, heal, and recharge so I can return stronger, clearer, and more aligned than ever.

To anyone who’s ever been where I am: you are not alone. Your pain is valid. Your anger is sacred. And your healing is worth the pause. šŸ’œ

P.S. To the stalkers, the ones watching my life like it’s a telenovela—this season is called ā€œHealing & Boundaries.ā€ Spoiler: you don’t get a cameo.
