The Norwegian Centre for Space Weather (NOSWE) is forecasting strong Northern Lights (Aurora Borealis) tonight (10th of May). This might be seen in places that normally are too far south to observe it; so go out and observe tonight if you have nice dark weather. Updated forecasts can be found at: site.uit.no/spaceweather/

I am Ant and I mostly do movies about nature and hiking in beautiful Norway showing views of inspiring landscapes and wild weather. I believe that both mind and body benefit from being outdoors in nature.Exposure to trees, the sky and natural sounds have a calming effect and are beneficial for mental well-being. In an ideal world you would go for a walk in a forest or sit on a bench in a park and enjoy the view, but it is not always possible to do it. So I hope that my videos will be a substitute, but also an inspiration to go out and explore nature around you! Nature therapy is that simple!
I am mostly doing my videos in Northern Norway in Troms and Finnmark county. Here you find amazing views of fjords, mountains and forests at all times of the year! This is the High North and a part of the Arctic and I welcome everybody to find peace and serenity here!
