To spread Awareness & inform that chronic diseases do not occur overnight. The body has started changes before 4-5 years but when we ignore those signals or could not understand them because of lack of knowledge, we are suffering from these diseases.
Through this series, we educate people about our body system, how they work, if they do not work properly, what happens in our bodies. It's risk factors, causes, complications, prevention, precautions, and lifestyle & dietary modifications.
