Congrats to all the Berlin Marathon finishers! What a performance by Eliud Kipchoge and Tigist Assefa! Kudos to every one who passed the start line!
If you are in the area, and are looking for more running... did you know that there's a route along the Berlin Wall? Add this to one of your historic runs as you run between the ex- East Berlin and West Berlin. I have a video of my run below, with information of how to do the run from different points and what you can see along the way!

Counting down 2 days to UTMB and CCC! Take a review and make sure you have everything packed, and shop for last minute items in Chamonix!
Seems like it might be a wet race, so consider a "dry kit" (clothes/pants/socks that you can change into midway if you get too wet).

Unfortunately, I didn't win the UTMB lottery this year, so instead, I made a big trip in the Americas, including hikes up volcanos.
