Hi guys! Hope everyone is doing well. I've been looking at some of my videos and noticing an up tic in views and comments on some of my mental health content. I was thinking of designating a half hour each week to go live to discuss mental health (I'm not a professional..just discussing it from my own experience) and would love for others to join in on the conversation. I know many of us are struggling in one way or another so I'm hoping this will be a good way to connect.
