My friends call me DeeJay and I have an avid and borderline unhealthy obsession with firearms.
I grew up and still reside in sunny Southern California where guns are all but taboo. I'm a musician and a professional photographer but my love for firearms proceeds all else.
I'm a target shooter with a soft spot for the tacticool and advanced weaponry. But the old school stuff gets my motor runnin' sometimes too.
Growing up in a liberal household in California and being surrounded by liberal friends my whole life, I've not really had a healthy place to go to talk shop about the gun world. It wasn't until recently that I even realized how close knit and welcoming the world's gun community really is. So I've decided to document my journey deeper and deeper into this universe of brothers and sisters with as much detail as I can as I learn and grow and adventure, in hopes to inspire and connect with the fearful and ignorant.
