Hey all, we were able to get Dad to the theater to see The MEG. We all enjoyed it, but Dad was a bit disappointed that it wasn't closer to the book. He rated it 6/10. I give it a solid 7/10, and Mom gave it 10/10. That's so like us though π Pretty sure Dad wanted the opening T-Rex sequence, as well as that epic surfing scene. He'll probably warm up to it over time. He still had a good time.
I have to give a shout-out to the staff at UA Cinema 90 They really helped make it possible and keep Dad comfortable.
