When I first began exploring herbalism, I was mostly self-taught and relied on my own research. To make things easier, I created a resource that quickly became invaluable. I jotted everything down in an old, beat-up notebook that I referenced countless times.
Looking back, I realize that this notebook became the foundation of my journey. You can learn all there is to know about herbs and plants, but without understanding what to do with them, that knowledge can only take you so far.
That's why I decided to share this resource with the world. My hope is that it will help at least one other person as much as it has helped me.
