Can you tell us a bit about "Spirituality For Badasses" and your approach to spirituality and mindfulness?
Spirituality for Badasses evolved out of my life-long interest in spirituality, spiritual awakening and mindfulness as a response to the depression I suffered as a young adult. Iโm now 54 have been depression free for twenty-plus years due to the many first-hand experiences, insights, transformations and aha-moments gained from spirituality. Part of my personality and nature, which never dissipated in adulthood, is my propensity toward rebelliousness, unconventional thinking and humor. Institutionalized spiritual or religious beliefs or systems never appealed to me. Soโโ my whole badass approach is about that. I love the fringe, outer limit possibilities of human potential, knowledge, growth and evolutionโโincluding cannabis and a good laugh.
