After the events of Turnabout Storm, Phoenix returned home to continue his life as a lawyer. During this time, he experienced the dark age of the law which he helped bring to an end, thanks to his new allies Apollo and Athena. However, during those tumultuous years in the human world, only a year and a half passed for Twilight and her friends. For them, a dark cloud has begun to form over Equestria, with supposed murders now becoming an ever-present issue, threatening to destroy the harmony which has reigned for so long.
Will the Wright Anything Agency save Equestria...or will their return bring about its total collapse? It is up to Phoenix and company to find the truth and hopefully bring peace back to this troubled land.
