Here is my story.
My name is Marija, and not so long ago I got a job as a team lead. It was an incredible experience, as people were so nice to each other, so kind. Everyone was eager to learn and to help others. There was no envy or greed, just true and honest teamwork.
Being team lead meant that I needed to give my best to show the same appreciation others were showing. I read many books on productivity, teamwork, success, business and leadership.
I thought it would be valuable to summarize the ideas I learned from these books and share them here on YouTube as well. And I wanted to do it in a fun, non-corporative way.
