This channel has three (3) sections: Science, Fitness, and Travel.
This fitness section will show that beginning a fitness journey is never too late. I started my fitness journey at age 60 after developing a blood clot and foot drop. This channel will show how I've lost over 140 lbs. I will discuss nutrition practices, workout routines, and my struggles. The videos will introduce the trainers and the methods they used to help me overcome my inability to walk. One of my trainers once said that if anyone had an excuse - it was me. I decided not to let that excuse rule my life.
The Science section has videos and lessons for all Science topics and school levels. I am a retired Science teacher who taught all levels from elementary to university.
The travel section is fun videos related to my travels.
