They are a fragrant offering, an acceptable sacrifice, pleasing to God. And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus."—Phil. 4:18-19 NIV
A commentary on these verses noted that the imprisoned Apostle of Jesus viewed the financial support provided by way of the visit of Epaphroditus as a spiritual sacrifice.
It said their act of worship before the Lord was laid on Heaven's altar where the Lord was glorified by their selfless act of surrender on behalf of Paul.
This only means that God will meet all our needs both spiritually and materially when we give!
