Our mission is to empower women to become educated on the impact of public policy on a free society and be inspired to develop themselves as impactful civic leaders.
The Policy Circle was founded in 2015 on the belief that the free market is the best means to unleash human potential. While women make up over half of all voters, they hold far fewer U.S. elected offices at both the federal and state level, leading to the severe underrepresentation of women in the shaping of public policy. Since its founding, The Policy Circle has grown from a living room experience to include over 3,100 members comprising more than 330 circles across 42 states, including four international circles, each in distinct countries. Through our growth, enthusiastic leaders have emerged with a desire for greater civic engagement; The Policy Circle provides these women with the tools to achieve that goal.
