I love the story of a pastor who made sure to spend 5 hours in prayer daily and when asked how he gets the time to do that,he said,ā€If I donā€™t have 5 hours of my day to pray,I wouldnā€™t even have enough time for anything else because Iā€™d have to run around doing everything for myself but because I give God my time first,He does everything else for me!ā€
This pastor found that because Ge honored God with His time,God made the rest of his responsibilities easy so that they didnā€™t require much time!
When we honor God first He does the rest for us.

When my sister had exams and all the students hardly had time for anything else except studying, she still made time to do prayer and fasting and she still made time to pray.
She would pray first even if it meant getting up earlier and after she spent time with God,then she would proceed to study.
And during this period God started giving her dreams telling her exactly what to study and even for courses she didnā€™t get dreams about, she just found the exams easy and got very good grades.

Matthew 6:33,ā€But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.ā€

A relationship with Jesus Christ is a practical lifestyle.
It doesnā€™t mean locking yourself in a room your whole life without school and work, just praying.
Of course there are moments of seclusion for fasting.
But it means DELIBERATELY making time to spend time with God everyday so that you have spiritual strength to overcome sin.
Without prayer,sin becomes normal.
When you have a relationship with your spouse or your children or siblings, does it mean you spend every single minute of the day solely with them?
No,but you go about your daily life considerate of their existence in your life.
You wouldnā€™t deliberately do things to hurt them because they are important to you.
And even if you have responsibilities in your life, you still make time to spend with them.
Similarly,a relationship with Jesus means we go about our normal lives considerate of His existence in our lives, not deliberately sinning because He is important to us.
And even if we have responsibilities,we still work it out to make meaningful time in order for us to stay close to Him like waking up an hour earlier to be able to pray,or using lunch break to pray in our heart or read the Bible,or making time to pray in the evening.
A relationship with Jesus isnā€™t accidental but deliberate.
Deliberate because it requires deliberately making time for prayer even when busy or tired just because itā€™s so important.
Deliberate because it could require you to prioritize making time for prayer first before giving your time to leisure.
Deliberate because it requires you realizing time spent with God is the most precious of all your time and you do not just give Him the remainder of your time after all your time has been wasted on social media, entertainment and after you are tired and sleepy thatā€™s when you give God the remaining time when you can hardly even stay awake!
But because itā€™s important it requires us prioritizing prayer first so that even if we run out of time for other things like just hanging out with our friends or doing our hobbies itā€™s okay because we gave God our best first.
Jesus had such a busy life with crowds coming to be taught and healed throughout the day and that must have been physically tiring.
Yet He knew the importance of prayer and He would wake up earlier to make sure He prayed.
Or He would stay up the night to pray.
Itā€™s all about whether or not something is important to us because when it is,we will make time no matter what.
I once shared the story of a lady who always said she was too busy and cannot find time to pray or come to church.
After a while, this woman fell ill with cancer and really wanted supernatural healing.
Now she never missed a service and made sure she always came to church no matter what because now she felt like her life depended on it and she was willing to do all manner of prayer and had the time just in an effort to get healed.
So previously she thought she was too busy yet it was only that she didnā€™t think God was that important.
He was an option she could afford to do without.
But when she was ill and knew she could die,she was now ready to do anything it took to make the needed time for God.
So when we say we donā€™t have time to seek God,itā€™s not really that we donā€™t have the time,itā€™s just that God isnā€™t yet that important to us because we feel we can do without Him.
But if we know that itā€™s impossible to overcome sin without Him,then we will make time.

Hereā€™s a video I did on how to build an intimate relationship with Jesus.

And hereā€™s another video talking of how our relationship with God has to be deliberate.

I hope you will be blessed!

When my sister ā€Ŗ@zipporahmushala489ā€¬ and I were in Kenya,we had the privilege of praying for this daughter of God who had been in her marriage for 8 years with no child and really wanted a child.
She had written to me before but she came to the meeting and we were able to pray with her after the service on one of the days.
A few months later, she wrote to me telling me the good news that God had had blessed her and she was expecting her child!
I was so happy to hear from her again yesterday telling me her miracle baby is almost one year old now.
God is still a miracle worker!
Nothing is impossible with God!
She wanted me to share her testimony for the glory of God and these messages are shared with her permission to encourage others of Godā€™s faithfulness.
God specializes in what man sees as impossible.

Two screenshots below.
For both the screenshots, you have to read the messages from starting from the bottom to the top, thatā€™s when it will make sense.

May all praise and honor be to Jesus Christ alone for what He has done for her.
For we had nothing to do with it.
God did it!

You can be lazy to pray .You can be too busy to pray .
But when death calls,no one is too busy, too lazy,or too wealthy.
You cannot say,ā€My children, spouse, work, business still needs my attention!ā€
Ready or not, busy or not, death will snatch you away.
This must wake us up to focus on what matters.
No one plans to die.
People start off to go to work, school, see friends,go shopping not knowing its their last.
People have many plans not knowing they have only hours to live.
When you die in sin,you will realize no sin was so hard to leave and that repentance was so easy.
If you died today, would you go to heaven or hell?
Would you start begging for one more second to repent?
Do you know that today your door to repentance could close and it could be too late to repent for eternity?
Is your life right with God?

We constantly have to watch out that our love for God does not grow cold due to our hearts being ensnared by all the idols of this world that Satan uses to replace God in our hearts.

Luke 21:34,ā€But take heed to yourselves, lest your hearts be weighed down with carousing, drunkenness, and cares of this life, and that Day come on you unexpectedly.ā€

The Bible tells us that this world and everything in it is passing away.

1 John 2:17,ā€And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.ā€

And truly we can see it passing away very quickly.
Just like things that ensnared peoples hearts away from God just a few years ago are all now phased out and despised, similarly all the things that seem so flashy,so irresistible to our hearts are also very soon passing away.
God tells us that if we love the world,we will pass away with it.

Matthew 24:12,ā€And because iniquity shall be multiplied, the love of the many shall wax cold.ā€

A PRAYER AGAINST IDOLATRY

If you realize you have been in idolatry, you can pray this prayer or something similar,as long as it comes from your heart God will honor it.
You will have to pray, meaning the words with your whole heart.
This is just to give an idea to people who struggle with how to pray.

Father,my heart has been taken by the idols of the world and I have replaced You with idols in my heart.
Please forgive my sins and save me from idolatry.
Save me from this world and everything that it offers.
Let my heart belong to You alone.
Save me from a life lived far from You and draw me close to You.
Give me hunger and thirst for righteousness.
Heal me of my backsliding.
Remove the stony heart and give me a new heart that loves You.
Give me strength to overcome this world and put You first in my heart.
Take the first place in my heart and let my life revolve around You.
May I think of You when I wake up,when I go to sleep, throughout the day may I live to honor You.
Overtake my heart and subdue it under Your Lordship.
Remove desire for sin and increase my desire to pray.
Help me to love You more than anything and anyone.
And give me strength for today and for tomorrow.

In the name of Jesus Christ I pray.Amen!

Psalm 63:6,ā€On my bed I remember you; I think of you through the watches of the night.ā€

God did a Miracle for this Couple!

This couple contacted me asking for prayer after 7 years of marriage without having a child.

A few days after that they started dreaming of having a baby.
Now God has fulfilled His word and they are expecting a child after 7 years of childlessness.

They believed God and have received their answer.

God is always so faithful and can be relied on!
Thereā€™s never reason to doubt Him!
No matter what you are seeking from God,know that He is able to do it and loves situations that seem impossible.

I receive so many testimonies of answered prayer and God willing I will begin to share a few of the testimonies only with permission from the owners of course and while according them necessary privacy.

This testimony is shared solely to give glory to God for what Heā€™s done and to encourage other believers so that Godā€™s faithfulness is not forgotten.

When you see God answering others you can also pray with confidence knowing that God answers.

And that is why testimonies are important.

Revelation 12:11,ā€And they overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony, and they did not love their lives to the death.ā€

Below are the pictures of the testimony.

A VISION OF ENCOURAGEMENT FROM JESUS TO THE SAINTS

These last six months(2019),I had faced extreme persecution from satan, for the testimony from the Lord Jesus Christ.

I am not going to go into details because thatā€™s not what this post is about, but the enemy has fought my health severely for the revelations Jesus gave me, to the point where I faced death on a daily basis, and if the Lord Jesus had not been faithful,I would be dead by now.

So praise our Lord for His faithfulness! He is a good God!

So on this night, I wokeup around 2 AM to pray, and all this time,I prayed about all the persecution from satan, but last night after praying about it,I really just wanted to have a conversation with Jesus about it.

So after praying,I told the Lord,ā€Jesus,I really really really need to talk to You.ā€

I had already talked to Him about everything, but I wanted to hear His thoughts about it all,I wanted Him to talk to me about it.

This was now some minutes after 3 Am,and I got up from prayer.
When I got back to bed,I couldnā€™t really sleep and I got up and prayed abit, while still in bed then laid back.
Then I saw this vision, which was actually Jesusā€™ response to my request, and its also an encouragement to the saints all around the world.

I found myself standing in a certain place and
I saw people chained in handcuffs.
A short string was attached to the handcuffs, and there were these demons which looked like people who were dressed like ancient Egyptians; with ancient Egyptian clothing and the Egyptian wigs(In ancient Egypt, even men wore wigs)and these I saw were all male.
When I saw them, although they looked human,I knew they were demons.
These demons held the strings attactched to the handcuffs and were pulling the chained people to the left.
The people resisted, and their eyes were fixed in the opposite direction instead of where they were going, and with all their might, they tried to resist, but these demons were much more powerful and effortlessly pulled the people away.

As they pulled them away,I heard a voice say,ā€the captives are being taken away,ā€ and immediately I understood that these people had been satanā€™s captives while on earth and they didnā€™t realize it.

I also understood that this was after their earthly life, and that satan hadnā€™t bothered to persecute them while on earth because he knew that they were already his.

On earth, they had seemed to be having an easier life, without facing satanā€™s persecution but now, they were like slaves, forever his captives.

Then I saw a chariot made of pure white light, and in the chariot,I saw the Lord Jesus Christ.
He drove the chariot, and I noticed someone was sitting next to Jesus.

When I looked at the person,I was confused because of the resemblance with Jesus!

This person and Jesus looked so much alike, the resemblance was almost as if they were siblings or even twins!

I was amazed seeing this and a verse came to my mind 1 John 3:2 ā€But we know that when He is revealed we will be like Him.ā€

I knew that this person was a human being, but he too seemed to be made of light just like Jesus.

The person looked extremely exhausted. As he sat next to the Lord, his hands just hang down to his sides, and his head also hang down like someone who was very very tired.

When I saw him,I knew he had just come out of an intense battle.
And I knew that whatever battle he had just come out of was over, he would never have to go back there and now he would be with Jesus.

I watched as Jesus continued to ride the chariot with this person sitted by the Lordā€™s side, looking worn out.
The person was so exhausted,he decided to lean on Jesus.

But to my shock,as he leaned on to Jesus, instead of his head just resting on the Lordā€™s shoulders,he instead merged with Jesus!

As though they were not two separate people,as if the two were one,so much that there was no physical separation!

It was as though they could merge and separate,at will and at any time,as if their bodies were not solid but had the ability to merge!

This really amazed me!

As this person leaned in to Jesus, when his head reached Jesusā€™ head, instead of it just resting on the side of Jesusā€™ head,it instead just went into Jesus head, effortlessly merging.

It was as if this person and Jesus were not two separate beings, but just one person;if he moved so close to Jesus, his body just seamlessly merged with Jesus body like there was no physical separation.

As I was amazed at this, a verse came to my mind,
John 14 : 20 ā€œ in that day you will know that Iam in My Father, and you in Me,and I in you.ā€

When I saw how exhausted this person was,it made me realized how refreshed those other people who were being dragged away by the demons were.

They had no signs of exhaustion whatsoever, but now they were satanā€™s captives, and even on earth they had been his captives and he didnā€™t bother with them but instead greatly fought this child of God to complete exhaustion, but I could see that the battle was over and this saint would be with Jesus forever!

The vision ended and the Lord gave me this verse ROMANS 8:18ā€ For I reckon that the sufferings of this present time are not worthy to be compared with the glory which shall be revealed in us.ā€

This vision is Godā€™s message of encouragement to all the saints,no matter what you must suffer for the Lordā€™s sake, just hold on to Jesus,it is only for a while, much glory awaits you.

Do not be discouraged,or doubt wether the Lord is with you.Yes,even in the storm,Jesus is faithfully there and if you are faithful to the end,you will inherit the crown of life!

ā€œFear none of those things which you must suffer, and behold, the devil will cast some of you into prison, that you may be tried, and you shall have tribulation ten days;be faithful unto death, and I will give you a crown of life.ā€ REVELATION 2:10

ā€œFor unto you it was granted,on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him but also to suffer for His sake.ā€ Phillipians 1:29

WAIT ON GOD

The evidence of Godā€™s presence isnā€™t always in visible blessings, and the absence of a visible blessing isnā€™t always evidence of Godā€™s absence.
Abraham was a close friend of God,yet he and Sarah had no child.
Abraham even prayed for people who were barren and they bore children, yet his own wife remained baren until the time of fulfillement of Godā€™s promise came.(Genesis 20:17-18)
After years of waiting on God for an answer to my prayer,God had given me numerous promises but as time passed I grew weary and just wanted my answer.
On night,I was overwhelmed with doubt if my answer will ever come because God just kept promising me.
I went before the Lord in prayer, deeply distressed, asking Him about His promise and telling Him I was so tired of waiting.
I truly poured my heart to God.
That night when I went to bed, again,God gave me another promise.
He showed me a dream that I received my answer but as I was rejoicing to finally receive the answer,He also rebuked my unbelief and said,ā€GOD CAN BE TRUSTED.IF GOD HAS SAID SOMETHING,HE WILL DO IT.
IF HE HAS PROMISED YOU SOMETHING HE WILL FULFILL IT!ā€
His tone was one meant to comfort but also rebuke.
I woke up from this dream happy for His comfort but also had to ask Him to forgive me for not trusting Him.
It really doesnā€™t make sense to fail to trust God,it only makes sense when we are in the flesh.
There was a day when I was so deep in prayer and Jesus started to show me who He is.
And when He gave me the revelation of how Heā€™s incomparable in His love for us,in GOODNESS and FAITHFULNESS,I was left wondering why we often fail to trust Him.
Why we sometimes allow fear instead of just leaving everything in His hands,to just completely trust in His goodness because Jesus Christ is so trust worthy!
God showed me we could just close our eyes and just ā€œblindlyā€ follow Him and we will still be okay!
We do not have to be in charge,we can trust Him because no one will ever love us like Jesus does, neither can anyone even come close to His goodness or faithfulness!
Heā€™s true to every promise He makes.
Many Christians often feel abandoned by God when they do not receive answers from Him as quick as they expect.
Sometimes, the answer comes very quickly, other times we must wait on God in prayer and faith, trusting in His goodness for He who has promised to hear us when we call is Faithful and True!
Very early in my Christian journey,Jesus told me,ā€sometimes when you pray, the answer will come immediately, but other times it will take some time because I am testing you and want to see who are truly mine. But when you pray, know that the answer WILL ALWAYS COME.ā€

Matthew 7:9-11,ā€Or what man is there among you who, if his son asks for bread, will give him a stone?
Or if he asks for a fish, will he give him a serpent? 11 If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, how much more will your Father who is in heaven give good things to those who ask Him!ā€
