The January Challenge is BACK for another year, this time it's bigger and better than before💗
Starting on the 2nd January, this challenge has been designed to provide accessible online Pilates classes that you can do from the comfort of your own home (for FREE), helping you to experience the incredible benefits of Pilates for your body and mind and allowing you to connect to your body and build strength
Built to fit around your lifestyle, this challenge consists of:
✨ 30 classes ranging from 10 to 30 minutes to give you quick and effective workouts for lasting results because when your workouts feel achievable, it's easier to be consistent
✨ six workouts a week focusing on building strength, toning your body and improving posture
✨ one stretch class on your rest day to improve mobility and recovery
In 2025 we're showing up for ourselves, kick starting our journey STRONG in January. It's the perfect time to reset your routine and build sustainable habits that will provide the foundations for the rest of the year. We're in this together and I can't wait to see you on the mat x

Happy Sunday my loves, can't believe we are going into week 3 tomorrow! Time really is flying and I hope you're all starting to feel the benefits of creating healthy habits and feeling strong, longer and leaner.
week 3 is when it can start to feel challenging to get on the mat but this is when discipline is built so keep pushing, keep showing up for yourselves and make yourself proud.

It’s rest and recover day on the challenge so today I want you to show yourself some love and slow things down today.
Some of my favourite things to do on a Sunday are stretch, go on a long walk, do a big healthy food shop to set myself up for the week ahead, sauna and cold plunge or even just a long hot bath.
