Last week, I was watching Gaelic football in an Irish pub in Dublin.
Two days ago, I was walking the Sterling Castle which was close to the battlegrounds of the famous William Wallace (watch the film Braveheart).
Yesterday, I climbed a mountain in the Scottish highlands.
Throughout this whole trip, the people have been awesome.
The jiu jitsu community here has also been amazing. I became family these last two weeks.
This trip has taught me so much about others and so much about myself.

Just taught 4 seminars in Ireland, Scotland, and England. The people are so welcoming and nice. They make me want to come back. This has been an amazing trip. 🇮🇪🏴🇬🇧

It was amazing!
Gordan Ryan backed it up and won.
My good friend @giancarlobodonibjj won the 88kg division.
It was amazing to watch. It has been great to see him grow so much in the last few years.
I am actually going to be training with him and @LLepriBJJ this weekend.
Talk about a weekend, right?
It'll help me get ready for the no-gi Pans.

Crazy. I remember when he was wrestling in college, and now he's killing it in the UFC as a rookie and already calling out Khamzat Chimaev.
I love this sport.
Anyhow, I got to go back to teaching and coaching my students, training for my tournament, and focusing on my family.
