I'm Sue, I'm in my 60s and I've practised yoga since my teens. In my 50s I got busy and stopped practising. My joints became stiff and sore - I was stressed.
I started yoga again and YES! My joints became stronger and my pain disappeared. I was calmer! I decided to share yoga and its benefits so others can move with ease. I'm a 200 YTT registered Yoga Teacher.
