Wow thank you for following the channel, I really hope it continues to make a small difference in how people manage having BFS and anxiety.
I know I’ve talked about it before but I’ll have to do more videos real soon! Maybe even the casual Vlog ones to touch base and give you all general updates.

Hi everyone, I just realised I now have a community tab, I want my first post here to be a huge thank you to you all for subscribing and engaging.
I’ve really enjoyed replying and supporting all of you, I hope my VLOG has provided some piece of mind regarding your BFS & anxiety, even if it is just by sharing from my own experiences.
I’ve been really busy with work and life in general, thankfully I’ve been good and I hope all of you have been keeping safe and well during the global pandemic.
I’ll be posting a new VLOG soon, maybe just a general catch up to share how things are with me but if you want me to address anything in particular just leave a comment under my videos or here in the community!
