Hello, I'm C-FOWLS, a recovering addict and lifelong Skateboarder. I aim to spread awareness and break the stigma surrounding addiction and mental health, by showing my journey getting back into skateboarding after my addiction and mental health hardships kept me isolated, under the influence and severely depressed for almost a decade!!
