I just read the very sad news that Evángelos Odysséas Papathanassíou, known as Vangelis, the ultimate synth maestro, has passed away.
It's thanks to Vangelis' music I got interested in the most interesting and beautiful instrument of them all: The synthesizer. I remember discovering his music through my father's 70s record collection and I never stopped listening to, studying and enjoying his creations.
Rest in peace maestro, your music will live forever.
Studio is still under construction but before I broke the old one down this dark club track was created.
