JOINE ME ONLINE from “October-6” - www.yogavidyaschool.com/online-yoga-classes
———————————————————-
For sixteen years I have been practising asanas, not merely as physical movements but as a way of exploring the many layers of the human being. In yoga, the meaning of asana is often misunderstood. It is not simply about bending the body, stretching muscles, or shifting from one position to another. The deeper essence of asana lies in communication — a dialogue between the self and the self.

When a person enters an asana with awareness, they begin to hear what is usually unheard: the silent language of the body, the gentle currents of energy, and the subtle messages of consciousness. The body is no longer just a physical form — it becomes a sacred temple in which the spirit resides. It is about dissolving the division between body and awareness

Hi everyone. Here is our new post.
What to do
Technique 1: Basic Left Nostril Breathing1. Close your right nostril gently using your right-hand thumb (see picture in the post). Keep your left nostril free.
2. Inhale slowly through your left nostril to a count of seven. Focus on drawing the breath deep into your belly and chest.
3. Close your left nostril with your right ring finger (or whichever feels comfortable).
4. Exhale slowly through your right nostril to a count of seven.
5. Balance your inhalation and exhalation — each should be smooth and steady.✅ This completes one round.
🔁 Repeat 10 rounds for maximum benefit.
Technique 2: Paused Left Nostril Breathing
1. Inhale through your left nostril in five small steps, pausing briefly after each mini-inhale. For example: Little inhale → pause → little inhale → pause… until you complete 5 mini-inhales.
2. Hold the breath briefly after the final mini-inhale (optional, if comfortable).
3. Exhale through your right nostril in the same way — 5 small exhales with pauses in between.
4. Complete 10 rounds slowly and mindfully.

🌞 Awaken Your Inner Fire with Core Strengthening 🌞

Our core is more than just muscles — it is the seat of our inner power. In yogic wisdom, this space is connected to the Manipura Chakra, the solar plexus energy center.

💛 Located just above the navel, Manipura is the chakra of confidence, willpower, and transformation. When it is balanced, we feel empowered, decisive, and capable of moving forward in life with clarity.

🔥 Every time we strengthen the core, we are not only toning the body but also fueling the fire of self-belief, burning away self-doubt, and creating emotional stability. This fire helps us digest not just food, but also life’s experiences and challenges.

Emotionally, working with the core can:
✨ Release stored tension and fear
✨ Boost self-confidence and motivation
✨ Help us feel centered and grounded
✨ Ignite the courage to pursue our true path

This practice is an invitation to connect body, mind, and spirit — to awaken your fire within and let it guide you with strength and purpose.

🧘‍♀️ Practice this flow with me, and together, let’s awaken the power of the Manipura Chakra.

🌕✨ Lunar Eclipse Guidance ✨🌕

Hi everyone. ITS TUME TO RESET- During a lunar eclipse, the prana — your vital life force — naturally becomes weaker. When prana is weak, the body’s natural shield lowers, making you more sensitive to negative energies in your environment. This is why our Vedic and Tantric masters have always guided us to be careful during eclipses.

Your digestion also slows down during this period, so eating or preparing food is discouraged. Instead, fasting or consuming only the lightest nourishment helps keep your system clean and protected. Remember, when the body is still, the mind becomes clearer.

Astrologically, the eclipse is a time when karmic effects unfold more quickly. Every thought, word, and action gains greater intensity. This is not a time for new beginnings, heavy work, or worldly distractions. Rather, it is a sacred window to turn inward.

So what should you do? 🌙
🕉 Sit in meditation.
📿 Chant mantras with devotion.
🙏 Keep your thoughts pure and your intentions high.
🍃 Allow this time to purify your body, mind, and soul.

✨ Do not fear the eclipse — embrace it as a karmic doorway, a rare chance to cleanse old patterns and step closer to your true self. #moonlight #lunereclipse #fulmoon🌕

Sometimes in life, you may encounter moments where it feels as though there is no way forward and no path to return. In such times, the most essential step is to attune yourself with the flow of existence and surrender completely to the Divine.

True surrender does not mean weakness—it is the highest strength. Just as a river’s current cannot be conquered by resistance, life’s challenges cannot always be overcome by struggle. If you fight against the stream, you will surely be exhausted. But when you allow yourself to flow with the current, in trust and harmony, the same river that seemed threatening will carry you gently to the shore.

Surrender to the Divine is not about giving up—it is about letting go of the ego’s insistence on control and allowing the higher wisdom of existence to guide you. In that state of trust, you find peace, clarity, and the strength to transcend even the most difficult circumstances

If from early childhood the seeds of yoga and spirituality are sown in a child’s life, then purity, stability, and inner strength will naturally begin to blossom within them. Childhood is that tender stage when the mind is soft and receptive, like moist clay; the impressions embedded at this time become guiding principles for the entire lifetime. If yoga and spirituality are planted at this stage, they gradually grow into a vast banyan tree, providing shade and support throughout life.

Yoga is not limited to physical postures alone; it is a profound discipline that harmonizes body, mind, breath, and soul. When children begin to practice yoga from an early age, qualities such as discipline, patience, concentration, and compassion naturally evolve within them. These virtues later become the foundation of success, balance, and confidence in their worldly life.

Spirituality is the very depth of life. It does not lead a person merely toward external achievements but gives them the opportunity to look within and realize their true self. When one becomes acquainted with the voice of their inner being, they gain the strength to choose the right path in every circumstance of life.

Thus, if yoga and spirituality are made companions of education at its very foundation, future generations will not only achieve material progress but will also build a society that is strong, balanced, and spiritually enriched. This indeed is the true purpose of education—to connect the human being with the fullness of their own existence.
