I have been vlogging my van life journey for 1.5 yrs! ✨WOW congratulations to me! 🌈 what a journey. 🌞

With that being said, it takes great time, dedication and hard work to do these vlogs and I need to take couple of weeks off.

Every so often after feeling somewhat strained from the energies of technology I am called away from screen time and into the wild to reconnect and re-engage my inner world.
(This is where love and spiritual connection deeply coexists. It is my happy place.) 🌸
This time I decided to do a 7 day dopamine detox. A stripping of everything which triggers not only my pleasure/reward systems but also the stress response from over stimulation. A detox from all technology, wine, food, coffee…. WHAT COFFEE? YES COFFEE and more. ☕️
After a few days in, I will very slowly reintroduce some of these and by the 7th day I will have a routine that fits my physical, emotional, mental and spiritual needs.
As I hold a strong belief that humanity needs to connect mindfully with self and nature outside of technology I will be vlogging my dopamine detox experience in hopes that it may provide value to you and potentially give you some ideas if this resonates with you.

Destination Sacred Grounds where the journey is the destination!
After years doing the same thing getting the same results, I decided to launch into the unknown with my faith in the universe & trust in myself. This is my result, a minimalist & nomadic lifestyle supporting others along my journey.
So, let me introduce you to the team. I’m Tamsun & I travel with my cat Kali in our motorhome Kalypso and we share tips and tricks as well as our journey living this little thing called van life.
