Today, I want to delve deeply into the profound nature of reality with you.

Consciousness, manifestation, parallel realities, and different dimensions of existence — these are not just abstract concepts but integral pieces of understanding how we can consciously create the life we want to live. As someone who has devoted a substantial part of my life to exploring these dimensions, particularly through the lens of Adhvaitha Vedanta, I wish to share some key insights that may transform your perception of reality.

Key Points:

1. Unified Consciousness: According to Adhvaitha Vedanta, the entire universe is an appearance in Consciousness. This Consciousness is the canvas within which our world appears and from which everything emerges. It is not merely an emergence but an appearance in consciousness, signifying that all duality exists only on the surface level.

2. Infinite Potential: Beyond our conventional understanding of time and space lies an infinite potential — Brahman. This state, called 'avyakta' or the unmanifested state, holds all possibilities right here, right now. It underscores the idea that everything exists simultaneously in a potential state within the infinite Consciousness.

3. Mind as a Filter: Our mind is the intermediary between consciousness and matter. It derives its existence both from physical matter and from pure consciousness. By understanding and controlling our mind, which is empowered by this infinite Consciousness, we can actively shape our reality. The mind projects a certain type of reality based on karmic memory, vasanas, and inherent tendencies, making it crucial to master the mind to create a positive life.

4. Levels in Consciousness - framework: Consciousness expresses itself in various forms, from the physical to the more subtle. At deeper levels, known only to Yogis and enlightened beings, one can gain unprecedented control over their reality. Through mastery of these deeper levels, one can transcend physical limitations.

5. Conscious Creation: This concept involves understanding the holistic unity of reality as one infinite Consciousness. It goes beyond the basic law of attraction and focuses on mastering the mind and understanding the reality as per Vedanta to consciously create the life we desire. By cleansing the mind of negative habits and unconscious limitations, we empower ourselves to manifest an abundant, healthy, and fulfilled life.

Summary:

Understanding the nature of reality through the lens of Adhvaitha Vedanta reveals that we are all part of one infinite consciousness. By recognizing this, we can transcend the superficial dualities of life and access deeper levels of existence. Mastering our mind is key to consciously shaping our reality, and by doing so, we can unlock infinite potential within ourselves, leading to a life of abundance and fulfillment.

I am deeply grateful for your participation in our community and hope our content continues to enlighten and empower you.

Remember, the key to solving all your problems lies within you. Embrace Conscious Creation for a successful life.

I wish you an amazing journey ahead.

Namaste Conscious ones, Today, I am delighted to delve into something transformative with all of you.

Imagine if everything you perceive in the external world, along with your thoughts, feelings, emotions, and even your own identity, were merely illusions. What lies beyond this, behind it all, is an unchanging eternal consciousness—your true nature. This foundational concept is beautifully explored in one of the most profound texts in Indian philosophy, "Drig Drisya Viveka." Allow me to guide you through the essence of this enlightening text.

Firstly, Drig Drisya Viveka is an inquiry into the discrimination between the seer (the subject) and the seen (the object). You need to first understand that the ‘subject’ and ‘object’ are inherently different from one another and you can only be the ‘subject’ and never the ‘object’.

While the origins of this text remain debated, with some attributing it to Adi Sankaracharya and others to Bharati Tirtha of the 14th century, its wisdom remains a cornerstone of Adhvaitha Vedanta. The basic premise of this text rests on understanding two fundamental things: the seer (the subject) and the seen (the object).

1. Understanding the Basics: The seen encompasses everything we perceive externally and internally, including our thoughts, emotions, and ego. The seer, in contrast, is the pure witness—our infinite consciousness. This consciousness is the ultimate subject, which can never become the object of perception.

2. Discrimination of Levels: The text methodically breaks down perception into levels. At the first level, the eyes perceive forms. Moving deeper, the eyes become objects to the brain, which then processes this perception. Yet, even the brain becomes an object to the mind, which experiences this input. Finally, at the fourth level, the mind itself is witnessed by the consciousness. Recognizing this ultimate consciousness as the observer is pivotal.

3. Transformation Through Realization: One of the essential realizations from this text is that consciousness, our true essence, remains unchanged despite the changes in our body and mind over time. There is an aspect within us that remains eternal and unchanging—our true self.

4. Key Takeaways:

- Infinite Consciousness: Our essence is that of infinite consciousness—birthless and deathless, untouched by the material world.

- Nature of Consciousness: It is characterized as "Sath Chith Ananda"—existence, consciousness, and bliss.

- Illusory Duality: Maya, the creative potential, gives rise to the illusion of duality and separation. However, we have the potential to transcend this and recognize our true nature.

- Path to Liberation: Through Discrimination, Meditation, and Intellectual Realization, we can achieve liberation, distinguishing the subject from the object, meditating on this knowledge, and understanding the scriptures deeply.

5. Practical Application: Reflecting upon these teachings can bring profound peace and clarity. Regardless of the challenges we face, such as stress or anxiety, understanding the foundational truths of Vedanta can be a path to a fulfilled, conscious life.

In summary, Drig Drisya Viveka provides us with a roadmap to understanding our true nature. By differentiating the seer from the seen and recognizing the eternal consciousness, we embark on a journey towards self-realization and peace.

As we continue to explore these teachings together, I am thrilled to share with you the Adhvaitha Conscious Society (A.C.S)—a unique community and learning platform dedicated to conscious living and conscious creation.

Today, I bring you profound insights that could transform your life.

The concept of controlling one's reality and living a life of freedom nd fulfilment has been a subject of fascination for centuries, deeply rooted in various ancient teachings. When we delve into the wisdom of these spiritual frameworks, we uncover two profound laws—the law of focus and the law of witness. As we navigate through these principles, I hope to illuminate how they can lift you out of stress, anxiety, and mental turmoil, and guide you toward a life of clarity and fulfillment.

Key Points:

1. The Infinite Consciousness:

Adhvaitha Vedanta emphasizes that there is one infinite consciousness, the source of all creation. This consciousness is the substratum on which the entire manifested universe stands. In essence, everything we perceive as reality is a projection or an appearance within this consciousness. Understanding this can empower us to recognize our true nature and the immense potential we hold.

2. Law of Focus:

The law of focus simply states that "what you focus on expands". When we concentrate our attention on a thought, an object, or a circumstance, we essentially empower that through the consciousness. This principle underscores the importance of being mindful about where we direct our attention. Positive focus can lead to the manifestation of desired outcomes, while negative or scattered focus can perpetuate undesired situations.

3. Law of Witness:

Contrarily, the law of witness posits that "what you witness dissolves or diminishes". This principle can be immensely powerful in managing stress and anxiety. By merely consciously observing our thoughts and mental activities without attachment, we can reduce their intensity and influence over us. Practicing witnessing allows us to detach from turbulent emotions and maintain a state of inner peace.

4. Stop and Wake Up Technique:

Within our community A.C.S, we practice a powerful technique called "Stop and Wake Up" based on the law of witness. This involves pausing at certain moments throughout the day, taking deep breaths, and simply witnessing the mind's activity. By detaching from and witnessing your thoughts, you can achieve a state of tranquility and stillness, even amidst chaos.

5. Harmony of Stillness and Creativity:

There are two aspects of existence—vyakta (manifested) and avyakta (unmanifested).

In our lives, achieving a harmonious blend of stillness (through witnessing) and creativity (through focused attention) allows us to create a life that is both fulfilling and peaceful. This dual approach helps us navigate the complexities of life with a sense of purpose and serenity. This is for those of us who want to create something in this world, while seeking inner peace.

Summary:

Embracing the principles of the law of focus and the law of witness holds the key to shaping our reality. By consciously directing our attention, we harness the power of the infinite consciousness to manifest what we truly wish to create. Simultaneously, through the practice of detached observation, we can dissolve the impact of stress and anxiety, paving the way for a more peaceful and fulfilled existence. Understanding and applying these laws empower us to live consciously, crafting our lives with clarity and purpose.

I am deeply grateful that you are a member of our community. Our goal is to awaken you to the understanding of these principles so that you, too, can consciously create the life you wish to live.

P.S. Remember, the solution to all your problems lies within you. Conscious living and Conscious creation are pathways to a successful life.

Shivoham.

Wishing you an inspiring journey.

Sujan.

Today, I want to share some insights with all of you about a topic that has puzzled scientists and philosophers alike: Consciousness.

How does consciousness actually work within us? What exactly is consciousness? These are questions that have intrigued me for a long time. As I delved deeper into the study of consciousness and ancient teachings, I realized that understanding consciousness can truly transform the way we live our lives.

1.The Hard Problem of Consciousness: In the philosophy of mind, the hard problem of consciousness is the mystery of why and how subjective experiences—known as qualia—arise. While scientists have made significant strides in explaining how our physical systems enable functions such as seeing, hearing, and speaking, they struggle to explain the subjective feel of these experiences. This phrase was first coined by philosopher David Chalmers.

2.Qualia or Subjective Experience: Qualia are the individual instances of subjective, conscious experience. For example, the experience of tasting a fruit or seeing the color red. While our brain mechanisms are well-understood to some extent, the exact source that causes these subjective experiences to occur remains an enigma.

3.Ancient Wisdom and Vedanta: According to Vedanta and the ancient Upanishads, there is no hard problem of consciousness. Instead, the problem lies in our understanding of matter and the universe. Vedanta teaches that consciousness is the fundamental essence of reality, within which the entire universe appears. This consciousness exists in its pure form and is reflected through our mind’s filter, manifesting as our awareness.

4.The Light and Glass Analogy: To illustrate the nature of consciousness, consider a source of pure white light passing through a red tinted glass. The light appears red on the other side but, in its essence, remains unchanged. Similarly, the pure consciousness manifests through the mind’s ‘filter’ and takes on different forms based on the nature of our mind. Cleansing this ‘filter,’ or mind, through spiritual practices, devotion, karma yoga, enquiry, etc., can lead to a more transparent experience of this pure consciousness.

5.Swami Vivekananda's Insights: Swami Vivekananda profoundly said that while the mind is just an instrument that appears intelligent through the light of the Atman (true self), it’s the intervention of this non-intelligent mind, or Maya, that hides our true essence. By going beyond the mind, through meditation and Vedanta, we can realize our true nature as infinite consciousness.

To summarize, the exploration of consciousness takes us beyond the realms of matter into the spiritual essence of what we truly are. Consciousness is not just a product of the brain but the very ground on which the universe itself appears. By cleansing the mind and understanding our true essence, we can transcend the limitations of our current experience and align ourselves with our infinite nature.

I am deeply grateful that you are part of our community. Remember, the answers to all your questions lie within you. Conscious living and Conscious creation are the paths to a fulfilling and successful life.

Shivoham.

I wish you an enlightening journey ahead.

Regards,

Sujan.

For many years, my life revolved around unconscious ambitions and external achievements. I strived to achieve certain goals and acquire different things, but these pursuits never brought me true fulfillment. My journey of curiosity to understand the nature of reality led me to explore numerous philosophies, teachings, and advanced theories on reality and manifestation. Despite some initial insights, my quest for understanding the ultimate reality remained unfulfilled until I encountered the ancient Upanishads and Adhvaitha Vedanta. This encounter was a turning point, leading me to build Adhvaitha.com which I am thrilled to share with you today.

1. Understanding the Nature of the Self:

The Upanishads teach us that there is one absolute reality, termed as pure consciousness or Brahman. They articulate that our true essence is this infinite consciousness, beyond our body and mind. Realizing this true 'Self', described as Sath-Chith-Ananda (existence, consciousness, bliss absolute), is crucial for achieving true fulfillment.

2. The Three Pillars of Conscious Living:

- Brahma: Recognize that the entire universe is a manifestation of pure consciousness. Understanding that everything, including ourselves, is an appearance in this infinite consciousness is fundamental.

- Karma: Our actions, at various levels (physical, mental, and causal), create karmic memory that influences our life journey and circumstances. Breaking the cycle of karma through conscious living is essential for true freedom.

- Dharma: This entails living by moral obligations, responsibilities, and finding one's unique purpose (Sva-dharma). Aligning our actions with our deepest tendencies and values leads to a harmonious and fulfilling life.

3. The Mirror Principle:

This principle, explains that the external world reflects our internal states. By understanding and applying the three laws of the mirror principle—relationship to the self and the world, delayed reflection, and content-based reflection—we can consciously transform our life experiences. Remember that our internal states determine the kind of life we live.

4. From Unconscious Creation to Conscious Creation:

While many of us may attain certain successes unconsciously, true fulfillment comes from consciously designing our lives. By integrating the teachings of Vedanta, we can consciously create a life of joy, abundance, and fulfillment.

Understanding the true nature of reality and our own essence as pure consciousness is the key to conscious living and ultimate fulfillment. By integrating the three pillars of Brahma, Karma, and Dharma, and mastering the mirror principle, we can consciously create a life aligned with our true self.

Namaste all, Today, I want to share something vital with all of you.

Have you ever felt trapped by your own personality, unable to break free from certain habits or patterns despite knowing it isn't serving your best interests? Billions worldwide experience this phenomenon, often feeling stuck in a box that restricts their true potential. This is what I call the "Personality Trap."

Let us explore some key insights into understanding and overcoming this trap:

1. Understanding the Personality Trap:

The notion of being trapped by our personality stems from the habits and identities we form over time. Whether it’s knowledge about healthy habits or the struggle of an alcoholic, people often find themselves unable to act on what they intellectually know. This is due to deeply rooted habits and unconscious conditioning stemming from various influences like societal conditioning. All of us unconsciously hold an 'Identity' for ourselves. And our actions, behaviour and the reality we experience stems from this identity.

2. Identity and Personality:

Our identity plays a crucial role in our experiences. 'An achiever', 'a troublemaker', 'an alcoholic' - these are all identities people create for themselves, often unconsciously, influenced by parents, society, and the environment. This Identity creates our personality and this personality creates our personal-reality. Vedanta teaches us that we are not our body, mind or personality. Personality is simply the mask we wear.

3. Personality as a Mask:

The term 'personality' originates from latin: 'persona,' meaning a 'mask'. We wear different masks in different roles - with family, at work, with friends. These masks are changeable, implying that our personality is not fixed and can be transformed. Our true nature, as stated in the Upanishads, is beyond this limited persona; it is the infinite consciousness. We are infinite in our essence.

4. Disidentification from the Mask:

Recognizing that we are beyond this mask is the first step in breaking free. Adi Guru Shankaracharya’s teachings reveal the nature of infinite consciousness. By understanding that our suffering stems from identifying with these limited personas, we begin to uncondition ourselves and disassociate from the identity we hold.

5. Crafting a New Personality:

With the understanding that our current personality is just a mask, we can consciously craft a new one. This involves introspecting three crucial questions:

- What do we truly want from life?

- Why do we desire it, ensuring our motives are pure and mature?

- Who do we need to become to achieve these aspirations and live a life of fulfillment and abundance?

In summary, to break free from the personality trap, we need to disidentify from our current persona and consciously mould a new one by understanding our true nature as infinite consciousness. This transformative process involves deeply introspecting on our desires and motives and crafting an identity that aligns with our desires. But remember, our ultimate goal as per the Upanishads is - liberation.

I am deeply grateful for your presence in our community and hope that our content has positively impacted your journey. Remember, the solution to all your problems lies within you. Conscious living and Conscious Creation are the keys to a Fulfilling life.

This particular quote touched me deeply. It's so true!

“There are two types of pain you will go through in life, the pain of discipline and the pain of regret.
Discipline weighs ounces while regret weighs tonnes.”
