Everything I did to improve my serve summarised in one video…
This was a long one to make as I went through loads of clips I took of my serve over the last year. It was interesting to see the progressions and regressions that occurred. I know this is a long video but I really wanted to share all my thoughts on the serve and give a detailed analysis of the exercises I did to improve it.
Feel free to get involved in the comment section and share your thoughts on the serve. I would love to discuss with you your opinions and methodology on how to approach arguably the most complex shot in the game!

What did you get up to this week with your tennis?
This week I played a lot of practice sets really trying to get used to being loose from the start of the match. Still finding it difficult but got to be comfortable making errors when trying to play on the front foot more.
Also, I filmed a video going over my recent serve technique progressions so expect that in a couple days along with a new B2P episode after that.
Oh yeah… and I’m in France 🇫🇷 👀

This week was a long week for me with loads going on. Here were a few highlights:
Worked on some return patterns of play ✅
Brainstormed lots of content ideas ✅
Booked a trip to a futures ✅
Increased my loads in my strength sessions ✅
Delivered more coaching hours than usual ✅
Finished a YouTube video that was taking me FOREVER to finish (and then had some export problems that took my 6 hours to sort out) ✅
One of those weeks where I didn’t even have any time to string my rackets. I ended up going down to my final racket but luckily it survived. RPM power is going well for me at the moment.
What was the highlights of your week and what are your goals for this upcoming week? Let’s discuss in the comment section.

How’s everyone’s Sunday going? I’m just on a lunch break from coaching today and wanted to get your input on my plans for the channel moving forward.
I’ve been really enjoying making the Baseline To Pro episodes and putting out some more short form videos… so will definitely keep this going.
But I was thinking of making my upload schedule a bit less rigid and not just do weekly Sunday uploads. I want to upload a bit more regularly and diversify my content. So basically as soon as I finish a video, upload it straight away no matter the day.
Baseline To Pro will be my main focus, but then I will supplement these videos with:
- Coaching videos
- Interviews
- Fun challenges
- Etc.
Do you think this would be a bit of content overload? Or would you be up for watching these different style of videos?
Another idea I had was making more use of this community section and do kind of weekly round ups of where I am at with my goals for each week. My videos are normally a few weeks behind real life so this would kind of be a preview of what’s to come as well.
I would love for you all to get involved in the comment section of these posts and talk about what went on with your tennis that week and we can create a supportive community.
Please comment below your thoughts and what you would like to see! 😃

Introducing… Tennis Player OS! 🎾🎉
Over last few years I have been searching for a system to manage my tennis and track improvements, but I could not find what I was looking for.
So, I decided to make it myself.
It is a complete all-in-one system to manage your tennis, track improvements, set goals, and more...
You can manage your tennis with six tabs:
1) Goals 🎯
- SMART goals system
- Separated between process, improvement, and performance goals
2) Training Zone 📈
- A database to store all the coaching advice you have been given
- You can organise this by priority and date added
- A way to track improvements in all areas of your game with 11 exercises provided
3) Match Reports 👨💻
- A template to write a pre match plan and a post match report
- A database to store match statistics with adjustable targets and progress bars
4) Strength & Conditioning 🏋️♂️
- A space to keep track of sessions and separate exercises by old and new
- Write your reps and loads within each exercise entry
5) Player Loads 📊
- Enter your training load and see how you have had a spike or dip in load - this is vital for preparing for upcoming tournaments
- Keep track of your sleep and energy levels throughout the year - you can use this to see if there is a correlation to your results
6) Food Diary 🥗
- A table to plan your meals for the week
- A database to store recipes and easily choose meals when you are planning
Also, on the homepage there is a tournament calendar. Within each tournament entry, there is a table to keep track tournament details such as entry deadlines and withdrawal deadlines.

Hey everyone, hope you’ve enjoyed my last few videos. It’s been great to share all the advice and tips from world class players and coaches.
As you may have seen from my previous videos, I’ve been developing a Notion template to manage my tennis and track improvements.
I’ve been putting a lot of time & effort into finishing it off so I can use it in my preparations for my upcoming tournaments.
My weekly videos will resume from next Sunday. Super excited to show you the whole template.
Tennis Player OS coming soon…

my life trying to get some atp points... 🎥🎾
Hi, I'm Cameron. I'm an aspiring professional tennis player and a coach at the Delgado & Lee Pro Tennis Academy. After having some problems with my heart in October 2022, I returned to playing tennis. While away from the sport I promised myself that when I could play again I would document my tennis journey and share everything I learn along the way.
I started off this channel posting coaching videos and my first competitions back to see if I could get back to my old level. And after just under a year, I decided I was ready to fully commit to chasing my dream. My dream is the same as many players, to get an ATP ranking and become a professional tennis player.
I am documenting my journey competing on the ITF Futures Circuit with my series Baseline To Pro: The Quest For ATP Points.
