From 2015 to 2017 my father (Peter) needed life-saving bowel surgery along with 2 years of chemotherapy. This had put a lot of financial strain on my family, ultimately leading us to refinance our home to meet our expenses. However, we struggled to repay the mortgage from 2018 to 2020, and the burden of debt became too heavy for us. So, we finally decided to sell our home in 2021 in order to cancel our debt, and with the remaining funds to rebuild our lives with a new smaller home on the outskirts of the city (the only affordable option). But, after finding a plot and signing a building contract, Western Australia was hit with COVID from 2021 to 2022, resulting in more financial hardship. The lockdowns further raised the building costs and we are not eligible for another loan. So, as our new home is finished and the handover is on 6th June, we currently face a financial shortfall of AU$30,000 for the final payment. As a Christian family, we have sought God's guidance during this whole process, but now is the crucial moment when we seek for His provision to save our new home through your generous help and donations.

We should not be afraid to ask questions nor should we be afraid to change our minds. The truth is the truth no matter what you believe. The truth is the truth no matter how hard you try to disprove it. When examined the truth always holds steady, like a house built on a rock, and falsehoods tumble down like the house built on the sand.
