2 years ago I shared a very personal testimony and experience I had during my time in New Age spirituality & a scary experience I had during a tarot card reading.
I had had so many people reach out to me with thankfulness for me sharing that video, as well as , pushback & actually really common questions that even I have asked in times of my life about God, supernatural encounters, supernatural abilities, psychic abilities and powers, and if these people I used to follow actually have supernatural gifts and abilities from God. We see psychics ๐ฎ, tarot readers, mediums, ect do seem to have real and accurate information and abilities, but where and who are they getting their abilities from?
What about the people who say " well I've seen dead people all my life! I communicate with human spirits that haven't crossed over yet, Michelle. "
What about children who seem to be reincarnated and have special knowledge of past events and people's past lives.
So let's have a good chat about these things and let's see what the Bible reveals to us about God's view on these abilities and witchcraft, sorcery, divination, mediumship, channeling, psychics & their knowledge, tarot & the readers knowledge, newage and occult books, practices, and rituals.

Merry Christmas everyone! Hope your holidays is filled with the joy and peace of God. I have started a new job and now I am back practicing as a registered nurse full - time and that has really kept me busy the past few months. Hello friends ๐ I want to give you a praise report!! I have shared in June that I had lost my job & was on the search for a new one. I'm thankful to report that I was just offered the best position possible for myself & my family which was my highest priority! ๐
I can say it was truly ALL God's doing and I can not take any credit for what he just did.
I also wanna share my struggles with this job loss and search as well because I want to encourage you and remind you that God's will over your life and his timing are perfect. Don't give up hope & know he is moving on your behalf ๐ I was getting so so so discouraged and disappointed during the past few months.
I was starting to feel moments of hopelessness because when you are needing to pay bills it can be overwhelming.
Rejection seems to be on repeat in my life & it creeps up in multiple areas too.
I have a hard time with rejection and feelings of self doubt & insecurities. Rejection makes my life so much harder ,but I'm starting to recognize that it truly makes me stronger.
It has made me rely on God more and more.
It has made me seek him in the moments of sadness and feelings of not being "good enough ". I think I'm learning that there is beauty in rejection to a certain degree & accepting that people are not going to always approve, like, appreciate, or want to consider me.
I am learning to be ok with rejection although I still rather not deal with it altogether.
I've had a long long long season of rejection. More than 2 plus years of it creeping up in areas of my life, friendships, relationships ect.
God has been teaching me & he is teaching you too.
This job search took me through alot of rejection.
I had many closed doors ( 2 specifically for this particular company..they rejected me twice before) Doors closed in face and I received more than 12 rejection letter emails.
We struggled financially all the way through and I was really asking God where is your favor & your promises. Let me just be real. I know that doesn't sound super faithful that I questioned God during all the rejection. I cried alot. I felt like a failure & really I let the enemy preach in my mind to me on multiple occasions sadly. But I just kept myself chugging along and kept reminding God of who he is to me and who I am ( and my family too) to him. There came breakthrough and this is just to encourage you that your breakthrough is on its way too.
God did this for me even though I was in moments so weak in my faith.
He opened up the door for this job because
I have NO training or experience in this field of nursing and this position is highly competitive.
God just made connections for me and the pieces fell into place smoothly and naturally without much to do with me other than to just show up and be myself during the interviews. Even though I know I have no experience, I felt confident because I had specifically prayed and asked the Lord to shut all other offers off and only offer me what he had for me.
I did this because I didn't want to be confused about what I should choose if I was offered 2 different positions as suddenly 2 companies showed interest in me the same day.
There was only 1 offer & it is the better one for
my family life.
I am questioning why this position God? I think its because I will grow spiritually in this position because I will be exposed to the lost and people groups that some Christians shy away from especially sharing the Gospel. I know I will encounter these people often in this position so I am asking God to give me his love, compassion, and courage to share truth as lead by Holy Spirit and in a way that protects my job. I plan on shining the love of Christ during my time with my patients and hopefully they will feel and see the LOVE of God in my life and attitude โค
Please pray for me as the training is going to be tough for me and I will be traveling out of state and away from my family for a few weeks.
So I hope that this testimony encourages you on whatever journey of waiting on God you are walking out with him right now. It is hard. He is with you and you are not alone in the journey. You will learn more about God and yourself along the way. There will be breakthrough in his timing. Have faith and believe ๐ God loves you very much ๐
I will be gone on training and focusing on my new role in the months ahead. I will try to do some videos, but I will need to really feel the Holy Spirit lead and guide me in that.
