Healthy Chocolate Oats Cake (Air Fryer) 🍫
Ingredients:
2 scoops ground oats
1 scoop whole wheat flour
½ tbsp baking powder
A pinch of baking soda
Brown sugar or date sugar (as per taste)
3–4 small cubes butter
2 tbsp chocolate chips
2 eggs (optional)
Cranberries, almonds, walnuts
Extra choc chips for topping
Instructions:
Mix oats, wheat flour, baking powder, baking soda & sugar.
Melt butter & chocolate chips in a pan (or double boiler).
In a bowl, whisk eggs (if using), add the melted choc-butter.
Add dry ingredients into the wet mix, stir until smooth.
Fold in cranberries, almonds & walnuts.
Pour into greased dish, top with choc chips.
Air fry at 160°C for 18 mins (preheat if needed, check after 15 mins).
