Sometimes you just absolutely NAIL your mooring spot. This was one of those times. Struggled to get enough of this one. NICE, NICE, NICE !!!!!
We have had the most fantastic weekend cruising. The sun has been shining, JOSH has been chugging, and well, the odd tipple has been enjoyed! Sometimes you just need reminding what a fabulous privilege boating can be! π
We might drop a few extra images in over the next few days π
A great morning spent with Nigel Hardacre from Waterways.org and the Lancaster Canal Trust (LCT). Nigel runs walks once a month, tracing the old Lancaster Canal route and taking in the fascinating remains and the history. Great work Nigel!!!

Some days we have to pinch ourselves when we look at the places we manage to get ourselves! This is from a place (do you know where?) ahead of a forthcoming video! Can't wait to show you all in due course!!!!
Just a quickie peeps to say that we have just released our latest video on our sister channel Explore the UK. It covers an abandoned railway line and a disused tunnel that goes directly under a police station!!

Right, we've only gone and done it!!! Our first video on our new channel Explore the UK is now live!
It's on the lovely village of Withnell Fold and the derelict mill that we saw from the canal when we went past in Episode 156.

Thanks to everyone who has provided such fabulous feedback on the new video!
Hi. We are Elliott & Sue, on narrowboat JOSH setting off on an exciting adventure on the canals and rivers of the UK. We're new to boating so there will be plenty of thrills and spills and MUCH to learn!
We start our epic journey on the River Thames before joining the canal network at Oxford. We'd love for you to come along and join us as we make mistakes, laugh, learn and cry, and tell things exactly as they are!
Please support our channel by subscribing and we'll be sure to post weekly videos of our epic journey on YouTube. We hope to see you there.
