Do you compare yourself to others in some areas of your life?
It can be challenging these days with social media the way that it is.
Most of what we are comparing ourselves to are things that are not even real or true.
When we compare ourselves to others it can bring up so many negative feelings, and even be triggering for some, triggering feelings of not being worthy, not being enough, or not doing enough.
WE CAN CHANGE THIS!
We can train our minds to be free from this pattern that brings out the worst in us instead of the best in us.
When we break this pattern, we begin to feel our self-love and self-worth increase and begin to feel more confident in who we are. Bringing out the best of us :)
