In this channel, I will talk about my 40 years of experience in the fitness industry as a national award-winning master trainer for three of the largest Fitness organization in America. We also we'll talk about Afghanistan the country where I was born together with World politics ancient history and religion especially Islam. We will be talking about misconceptions and islamophobic. As an Afghan American who has lived in the United States 40 some years of my life it's my obligation and Duty to be against islamophobia Racism fascism and many other problems that we are having in this country. As someone who's my family has been involved in the political system of Afghanistan in the time of King Zahir Shah it's our responsibility to make sure the truth all the truth but nothing but the truth is told about the atrocities that are being caused by the United States and their so-called coalition's all around the world including the land of my ancestors that they have systematically killed.
