Sunday, June 2 - DAY 1 upper body
Monday, June 3 - DAY 2 lower body (glutes focus + calves)
Tuesday, June 4 - 10 min abs blast workout
Wednesday, June 5 - DAY 4 upper body
Thursday, June 6 - DAY 5 lower body (glutes, hamstrings, quads, calves)
Friday, June 7 - 10 min core crusher workout

All of the workouts include my recommended weekly workout plan in the description under the video. There's also an exercise outline including my weights, to help you feel prepared. Don't miss the helpful tips I share in the description as well!

These brand new workouts can be found under THE COMPOUND playlist which will be saved to the top of my channel. People completing a 20/30/40 minute full body program can find their workouts saved in separate playlists, as well.

UPDATE & where to start with my workouts?!
new gym, who dat?

Just to be clear it's DUMBBELL ONLY, not at-home only!

My Christmas tree is currently taking up space where I film at home so a friend invited me to use his gym. Don't worry, I may be standing in a squat rack for this photo but I'm still a dumbbell only, muscle building girlie! If you see a few shorts of me training in this space don't be alarmed - location doesn't mean squat (pun intended). I'm still honouring my commitment to use dumbbells only, regardless of where I'm training that day.

If you're new to my channel, WELCOME!! Lift with Cee 30 minute workouts are the most popular program. Pick the video under the playlist called THIS WEEK'S WORKOUT and repeat it three times during the week, leaving a recovery day between sessions. Each Monday a different workout will appear.

If you haven't already noticed, a new FULL BODY workout will be released on Monday, January 1st! The workout includes the same exercise volume as my 30 minute sessions but because we use unilateral exercises, this new video will take 40 minutes to complete. No sighing.... 40 minutes for a warm up, lifts targeting the total body including abs and a quick cool down, is just shy of a miracle 😅. Join me on January 1st as I'll be chatting real time with friends watching the workout release at 10am EST.

A mesocycle is a 1-2 month block of time where the same workout is repeated, helping you to take advantage of progressive overload. This new 40 minute workout has been designed so that it can be repeated for up to 8 weeks. Make sure to log your reps and dumbbell weights each session and challenge yourself to make the best muscle gains, yet! 💪🏻
