To be honest, it can feel scary at times to take risks and try new things. I hope I’ll be able to share this video I really enjoyed creating, especially since this new playlist was inspired by you, DT Nation. 👊🏾✌🏾❤️

Poem - ‘I Think So Much’
I think so much when I talk
I think so much when I listen
I think so much when I walk
I think so much in the kitchen
I think so much that I thought
Of ways that I could stop thinking
Because having these different thoughts
Can feel heavy like I’m just sinking
I’m thinking and thinking and thinking
Slowly noticing my thinking has changed
The thinking is starting to feel different
Thoughts I’m having don’t feel as strange
I’m thinking I guess I’ll keep thinking
That logic I think will stay true
At least if I am still thinking
