며칠전에 눈에서 동양안충(기생충) 이 나왔다는 분이 오셨습니다.
기생충 두마리를 거즈에 싸오셨는데, 동양안충 맞네요.
눈에서 벌레가 꿈틀거리는걸 발견하셨을때 얼마나 무서웠을까요?
대학생이시라서, 방학때 농활을 다녀오셨다고 하셨는데, 그래서 감염되지 않았나 싶습니다.
다행히, 눈 안에서 추가적인 기생충이 발견되지는 않았습니다.

A few days ago, someone came to us saying that they found eye worms (parasites) in their eyes.
She wrapped two parasites in gauze and brought them to out clinic. They were eye worms.
How scared must she have been when she found bugs wriggling in her eyes?
Since she is a college student, she said she went to farm work during the vacation, so I think she may have gotten infected there.
Fortunately, no additional parasites were found in her eyes.
Please be careful of fruit flies when you go outdoors~

先日、目の中に寄生虫が見つかったという方がいらっしゃいました。
彼女は2匹の寄生虫をガーゼで包み、私たちの診療所に持ってきました。それは目の中に寄生虫でした。
目の中で虫がうごめいているのを見て、どれほど怖かったことでしょう。
彼女は大学生なので、休暇中に農作業に行ったとのことだったので、そこで感染したのかもしれません。
幸い、彼女の目には追加の寄生虫は見つかりませんでした。
外出の際は、ミバエにご注意くださいね～

제 채널에서는 다래끼, 결막결석, 마이봄샘 영상이 인기가 있습니다. 그런데 문제가 생겼습니다.
On my channel, stye, conjunctival stones, and MGD expression videos are popular. But there's a problem.
구독자가 1천명이 넘는 순간 유튜브 측에서 제 영상들은 모두 노란딱지로 지정한 것을 확인했습니다. 아마도 이런 영상들이 유튜브의 광고 가이드라인에 맞지 않았던것 같습니다.
As soon as the number of subscribers to my channel exceeded 1,000, YouTube confirmed that all my videos were designated as yellow dollor tags. Maybe these videos didn't meet YouTube's advertising guidelines.
유튜브가 제 영상들을 노란딱지로 지정하게 되면 저는 광고 수입을 받을수 없게됩니다.
If YouTube designates my videos as a yellow dollor tag, I won't be able to earn any advertising revenue.
저는 의사이지, 영상편집 전문가가 아니기 때문에, 전문가의 도움을 받고 있는데, 꽤 많은 시간과 노력과 비용이 들어갑니다.
I'm a doctor, not a video editing specialist, so I'm getting help from a specialist, which takes a lot of time, effort and money.
그런데 노란딱지를 피해 영상을 만드려면, 영상을 순화해서 편집하거나, 더많은 시간과 노력이 들어가야 할것 같습니다.
