Currently, I'm a student of Certified Personal Training through NASM & a Beachbody Fitness & Nutrition Coach. I believe that fit has no size and that women can become athletes at any age or fitness level.
I travel, a lot! My husband and I travel in our 5th wheel about 80% of the time and home base is Southern Colorado. We have an awesome Blue Heeler, Darby who is 6!
Having PCOS & infertility, I understand the struggles women go through with chronic diseases & I'm here to help change the stereotypes & stats!
