We’ve added more trees to our micro orchard. These are my Christmas gifts a dwarf apricot and a dwarf peach. We have 13 fruiting trees now in our garden including pear, apple, fig, plum, cherry, mulberry and grape. I’ve mulched with woodchip and will add some strawberries around the base. This is the beginning of a fruit tree guild I’m building. #permaculture

Hello welcome to my channel.
I’m Christie a home educating mum with a young family, building my homestead in our 1866 cottage in Cambridgeshire uk. I grow across my gardens -
* Shady west facing front garden with raised beds, containers and vertical gardening style
* South facing courtyard garden with a mix of annual and perennial fruits and vegetables in no dig in ground beds, a few narrow raised beds and some patio containers
* Micro orchard in the back garden with greenhouse, no dig in ground beds and 2 raised beds and some containers. We have 13 fruits trees.
* Village allotment which i am developing to be a permaculture plot adding more perennials and mulching with woodchip
