The Center for Arkansas Farms and Food (CAFF) works to increase the number of thriving farms and farmers in northwest Arkansas. To accomplish this, the center provides farm education, training, networking, and resources. CAFF works to create a supportive farm community and experiential learning to nurture and train the next generation of farmers. CAFF provides continuing training and information to help existing farms flourish. CAFF is part of the University of Arkansas System, Division of Agriculture, which envisions a future Arkansas food system that is vibrant, robust, and diverse, supporting local food entrepreneurs and viable farms. The program is an example of the research and outreach work of the division to benefit Arkansas's citizens.
