It's Growing Orchids from Seed Week!
I'll be sharing how I'm growing orchids from seed. Be on the lookout for a series of videos about making agar media, dry pod flasking, and green pod flasking. It's a very new adventure, but I want to show what I've done so far and how things are progressing.

I've been growing orchids for about 4 years now in Southern California (Zone 10B) and there is always so much to learn. Some plants are grown outdoors and some are indoors, so I have a wide range of experience growing these tropical plants. From traditional setups to self-watering and kokedama (moss mound) styles, I love experimenting to figure out what works and what just looks pretty.
These days, I am interested in growing orchids from seed. It's another new adventure, but I am excited to see where it takes me.
