Allison Rozsa Evans, a singer of sacred, opera, chamber, arts song, and more, currently lives in Chicago as a performer and private voice teacher.
Ms. Evans earned a Master of Music in Vocal Pedagogy from the Boston Conservatory, as well as a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance. There, she has had the privilege of studying voice under Monique Phinney, performing in multiple recitals, choral concerts, as well as sing for Master Teacher Christine Brewer.
Ms. Evans has performed the role of La Chauve-Souris in Ravel's opera L'Enfant et les SortilĂšges, as well as the role of Donna Elvira in Mozart's opera Don Giovanni. Specializing in the development of young and budding professional voices, she lectured on "The Technical Purposes in Repertoire Choices for the Developing Singer"
Ms. Evans teaches private voice lessons in Oak Park and Chicago to students of all styles, including classical, musical theatre, jazz, & pop, all ages and skill levels.
