Romans 6:22 reminds us, "But now that you have been set free from sin and have become slaves of God, the fruit you get leads to sanctification and its end, eternal life.

Just as a gardener nurtures their garden to produce beautiful fruits and vegetables, God is cultivating spiritual fruit in each of us. When we surrender ourselves to Him, our lives begin to produce lasting fruit - holiness that leads to eternal life. What a beautiful promise that our daily growth, though sometimes slow and requiring patience, leads to something eternally meaningful!

Daily Devotional: Knowing the Heart of God

Today we reflect on Jeremiah 9:24 - "But let him that glorieth glory in this, that he understandeth and knoweth me, that I am the Lord which exercise lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness, in the earth: for in these things I delight, saith the Lord."

In a world that celebrates accomplishments and status, God invites us to glory in something different - knowing Him intimately. Not just knowing about Him, but truly understanding His character.

God reveals three aspects of His heart here:
- His lovingkindness (mercy and grace)
- His judgment (wisdom and discernment)
- His righteousness (perfect goodness)

These aren't just attributes - they're what delights Him! Today, let's pause to consider: Are we seeking to truly know God's heart? Are we finding our joy in understanding His character rather than in worldly achievements?

Prayer: Father, help us glory not in our own strengths but in knowing You deeply. Open our eyes to see Your lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness at work in our lives today. Amen.
