We all know the kitchen is the heart of the home, but let's be honest - sometimes it can also be a pain in the back! Between chopping, prepping, and recipe research, hours can fly by while we're stuck on our feet.

This got me thinking, what if we could bring the sit-stand desk revolution to the kitchen?

Original Nespresso capsules are great, but there are other, more affordable alternatives.
