I didn't have time to make a post today for the Full Moon in Cancer; however, I wanted to share commentary from one of my favorite astrologers, April Elliot Kent from Big Sky Astrology, that resonated. Today's Full Moon in Cancer is next to that retrograde Mars in Cancer, so it has an emotionally charged energy, not bad per se, but fired up. April agreed to let me share her comments on the day. I hope they speak to you as they did me.
"Today's Mars/Pluto-tinged Cancer Full Moon (2:36 pm PST) and the Sun's approaching opposition to Mars on Wednesday (6:38 pm PST), tell the story of home and family under siege. You or someone very close to you could be grappling with threatening circumstances; you could be at odds with someone in your family, or you could simply be 120 miles from the city you love, watching it fight for its life. Whatever it may be, Mars in Cancer tells us there are times we have to fight for and protect people and places we love. I hope you'll join me in sending emotional support or even donations to your favorite charity for those who have lost so much and are living with such fear and devastation."
