💡𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐢𝐬 𝐒𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞, 𝐛𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐭’𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐲…⁣⁣

It takes a certain level of getting your shit together for a transformation

Some days you won’t believe how simple it is

👉🏽 Hit your macro goals
👉🏽 Do your workout
👉🏽 Do your cardio

Simple!

And on those days you feel invincible! Like you figured out the matrix 🕴🏽

But If it’s so simple, why don’t aren’t more people walking around with the physique they want?
Why is obesity at an all time high? 🤔

👆🏽Because of what I said above… It takes a certain level of getting your shit together for a transformation!

Meaning that…

❌ Your food isn’t going to prepare itself… You have to carve time out of your day to make it

❌ Your workouts… well, you have to make time for those. You can’t “find“ time out of thin air just because it’s “New Year New You”
❌ Your cardio sessions will need time in your days well

And to put it plain and simple the reason most people never achieve their fitness goals is because they think that just because they are now motivated to put in the work, it’s going to be smooth sailing from here on out.

The reality is your motivation will waiver daily… sometimes hourly. So what’s going to keep you going when that motivation goes away?

🔥Your habits and your routine🔥

➖If your habit is to sleep in every day and miss your workouts, then when you lose motivation, you will sleep in

➖If your habit is to “eat clean” instead of having a gameplan in your daily diet, then you will fold at the slightest form of temptation

➖If your habit is to “find time” for these things and not make time, then your hopes of having this amazing transformation will be short lived

✅ Can’t workout a full hour? 👉🏽 Do as much as you can in 45 minutes
✅ Don’t have time to meal prep? 👉🏽 Buy more prepared and prepackaged meals to make your food choices healthier & easier
✅ Make your workouts & cardio sessions important meetings with yourself that you don’t miss

Just like you don’t miss work meetings, don’t miss the most important meetings of your day… the ones with yourself

It is simple, not easy…but it is worth it

You can do it, I believe in you 👊🏽
