Im Emelie, a Sound healing practitioner, a 200h Ashtanga vinyasa teacher, with an continuous education of 30h Yoga Nidra training.
My desire with this channel is to provide a safe space to get in touch with yourself and the truest version of you. To host classes that let you dive inwards and experience the moving meditation of asanas and show you that all paths to self discovery is a step closer to unity, to the oneness of beautiful mother earth. AND to hold the space of the sacred sounds to penetrate your whole being with vibrations of healing, softness and relief. This channel is a place for your nervous system to find balance and for you to let go of all that no longer serves you. My own exploration & deep passion of this practice, have lead me to guide you here on YT.
